Dear Roy,

Have just read your short essay addressed to Stewart First in
Australia.  This is the best piece of yours yet to come before these
eyes.  KUDOS to  you!!

Suggestion, let us keep a sharp eye for some State where EMF related
disease seems especially hightened.  Let us then get on the ball and
help attorneys in said State emulate what happen with tobacco.  It will
only take one State and we will not have to worry any longer about the
FEDs burying the EMF problem.

It really is a penetrating essay that you wrote.
