One wonders: What results would be found if this study were repeated using
melatonin instead of Tamoxifen?

This is one study which will not get off the ground for obvious reasons.
There is some evidence that melatonin may be more effective with breast
cancer than Tamoxifen. This is mentioned in the last issue of my newsletter
which is FREE to view on my home page. See Special Issue... The Melatonin
Connection, Volume 1, No.4.
