I wish you all success in your court case there in the U.K. I well understand and appreciate the extent of personal cost you mention in the conduct of your case -- $10,000..... (I predict it will exceed your expectations!) My legal and other costs on two EMF court cases have well exceeded that ... and there is not "light at the end of the tunnel"..... Cheerio...... The global warming issue is one of the two major threats to our planet, the other being ozone depletion. It is interesting that both of them are electromagnetic in nature: global warming ought to be called the infra red threat, and ozone depletion the ultraviolet threat. Ultimately we are all on the same side against these dangers. I expect that even though the oil industry would like a defusing exercise to mitigate public concern, responsible governments will be doing something about the problem on the quiet. Having said this I am basically against any regime which doesn't infiorm the public of the scientific truth of issues. This is because properly forewarned many personal; tragedies and heartbreaks could be avoided. That is why I am carrying out this one-man campaign to have warning labels on all cell phones, which will cost me personally about $10,000. The first hearing has been scheduled for 5 May incidentally, to begin at Cwmbran Magistrates Court at 0930 hrs on that day. Please help me spread this news so that we may get maximum media coverage for the Magistrate's decision, due that afternoon. He is likely to issue a criminal action summons against the mobile phone distributor my barrister tells me, indicting the firm for offences under the Consumer Protection Act 1987, and the major UK TV stations are going to cover it.
