I subscribe to SEVERAL high-powered lists from Lawrence Livermore Laboratory, and Carnagie Mellon University, and others, that are the "de-facto" sources of infomation on these types of events. There has been NO MENTION of this alleged hoax from these sources, so it is my suspicion that, with the Symantec information quoted earlier, this is most probably a hoax. I didn't even bother to respond to the original post, because I felt is was probably a hoax. I usually tend to receive notice of these things days before the media and the public seem to become aware, when they are real issues. (Of course, there is little risk in being TOO careful.) rob't Robert Bedard Over the Hill Consulting http://www.cruzio.com/~rbedard Archive provided courtesy of WaveGuide, http://www.wave-guide.org Reprinted with permission of Roy Beavers, http://www.feb.se/EMF-L/EMF-L.html
