Roy,
I would like to advise Elena and other people concerned that Blake Levitt,
the scince writer in Connecticut, has developed a set of model ordinances to
control the siting of antennas wihout getting into trouble with the
Telecommunciations Act of 1996. If information on how to get these from Blake
is not on the EMR Network web site, contact Janet Newton (thistle@sover.net)
or me (bpcurry@mcs.com).
