Subject: USA Wireless letter to FCC

Roy, 
 	The letter that USA Wireless sent to the FCC about the necessity
to include near-field testing of cellular phones is on the internet at
http://www.usa-wireless.com/fcc.htm.  As I have previuisly said, Dr. Nghiem's
attempts to improve the compliance testing of cellular phones have been
rebuffed at every level of the FCC, as far as I know.  I think that your
readers should see for themselves.  [Guru note: Dr. Nghiem is the CEO of
USA Wireless.....]
