Hi Roy,

I wanted to let you know about a crucial but forgotten clause in the U.S. 
Constitution that may ultimately be our best chance of protecting 
ourselves against the "violence" that man-made EMFs  and chemical toxins 
cause at the cellular level.

I learned about it from an excellent book by Michael Diamond. 
May I recommend a thorough look through his website:

I think you will recognize the potential that Article IV, Section 4 
represents, especially since it does not involve the judicial system.
