.....Hope that a number of you will respond to this one.....

I do also wonder if there was somone who failed to **inform** this
home buyer of the risks present ... who could be sued....?? The real
estate person, etc....??

(Of course, it is really the local 'governments' of these communities
who are to blame for allowing the towers and power lines to be placed
near residential areas....)

Cheerio.....

Subject: cell tower

Hello, my name is David MacNeill.

My wife and daughter have recently (9mos. ago) moved to a new town,
Easton, Maryland where there is a Cellular One tower within half a mile
from our home. Unfortunately we were not awaer of the potential risk
present when we purchased our home. The tower is in the heart of the
small historic town, and it's view is somewhat blocked by nearby
buildings. We can't understand how Easton allowed this tower to be
constrcuted, when they will not even allow any "big box" stores to be
built in the area to prevent over development. This seems very ironic
that a town which seemingly is so concerned of the local enviornment and
development of land would permit a cancer tower to be placed right in the
center of town, looming over neighborhoods!

What started my interest in researching cell towers was the fact one was
so close to our home, and something that began with our daughter a few
weeks after we moved to the new home. Within one month of moving to our
new home in Easton, our daughter began having epileptic seizures. She is
a normal developing, in fact above average child who has no history in
her family of seizures. We have been to Johns Hopkins, and University of
Maryland Medical System, and no doctor or test showed anything causing
these seizures. Our daughter has had numerous MRI's, CAT scans, spinal
tap and blood work tests, all negative for any possible cause. Of course
we know that many children develop Epilepsy for no apparent reason, but
we feel we need to research everything we can, to assure ourselves there
isn't anything we could be doing to prevent this, to know we did
everything we could.

Since my research into this subject of cell and radio towers has just
begun, I do not have much knowledge but I am finding much on the subject
on the internet. We belong to an e-mail epilepsy group, and many parents
have answered to our questioning that they live near cell towers. I do
not know if this is merely a coincidence but I feel the necessity to
research it.

If you have any information on this or cell towers that you might think
helpful please send it to me. I would greatly appreciate it. My address

I think the work you are doing is a wonderful thing. These large
companies and corporations are taking advantage of citizens and putting
their lives and well being at risk for their own convenience. Thank you
