We should be able to find it tomorrow at fcc.gov/mmb. Lake Cedar Group is asking the FCC to overturn the Jeffco Zoning Denial of Digital for Lookout Mountain. You should know that Lake Cedar Group delayed the District Court review of the Zoning decision by at least 2 months by failing to pay for the transcript. In my opinion, the FCC has violated what they said in their letter to our Senator and Representative and is actively interferring in local zoning decisions by putting this out for Public Comment. Numerous alternative sites are available for digital TV but I have not seen any indications that the FCC has made any real attempts to even look at them. The FCC is ignoring the right of local control under the Constitution of the United States. The Tenth Amendment in particular. We are planning a Mother's Day March on Friday, May 12 at the Jefferson County Building in support of local control and in opposition to the ongoing increases in radiation in our community.
