Beavers" Dear Roy, After the auctioning off of the third generation licences to telecommunications companies in the UK this week I got to wondering, what happens now? Mobile phones will now give internet access, video calls and just about do anything but clean your teeth. We are concerned that these extra tasks will increase the output from mobile phone masts, is there anyone out there that has this information. We have tried to find out from Vodafone but everyone's in London (probably celebrating their newly acquired licence) I can however contact them on their mobile phones if I wish (and zap a few protestors in the process no doubt). We would also be grateful if someone could shed some light on these figures, given to us by Vodafone 0.00016 W/m2, these are the readings at the nearest house (8.5m away),though we understand levels can be increased up to the power of 4 due to reflection from metal objects(weather vain in the middle of masts). They don't mean anything to us. many thanks Jannette Sim (Coldstream Scotland) ------=_NextPart_000_0011_01BFB132.605493E0-- Archive provided courtesy of WaveGuide, http://www.wave-guide.org Reprinted with permission of Roy Beavers, http://www.emfguru.com
