Roy,

    One of your comments on the Brockovich website says "that the cell phone
industry has started creating tower companies to own and operate the towers.
That is being done to shift and reduce the possible losses to the industry -
if damage judgements occur..."

    We intend to write out a paper -in the line of that paper "Landowner"
that appeared in your list some days ago- to inform every neibhour of every
building with a mast erected, about the economic perils of their economic
extra income. This point about the tower companies is very important, so we
are including it. Could you give us some more details about, e.g. names of
phone companies who have done so, or names of tower companies? Thank you.
