I kept mine down to one side given my contact details if they wished further information. People taking management decisions often don't want to see pages and pages - even if they ought to. Unfortunately most politicians seem to be almost completely technically illiterate and rely on "expert groups" to advise them, which is why we get so many naff decisions. These "expert groups" are almost always made up from academics who have done work for the industries concerned and even industry scientists in person. They rarely have trade-union or environmental organisation people among their members because they are seen as "trouble-makers" and are not invited. I have a good current example of this which I may post to you in the next week or so.
