......The following mail about a web-site in Yugoslavia will interest
some of you who are working on the same kind of a "device."  I do not
have any idea whether it will actually "work" or not, but I forward the
below message for those who may be interested.......

I want to offer one observation (based on a quick reading of their
announcement):  In the beginning (of the EMF saga), it is true that most
scientists "assumed" that there was a relationship between the
"wavelength" (frequency) of the EMR signal and the probability of
bio-effects occurring.  Generally, the belief was that shorter wave-length
(higher frequencies) meant a higher probability of biological interaction.
Becker even spoke of that possibility (I believe) in the beginning.  But
by the time he wrote _The Body Electric_, he seems to have discarded that
notion.......

Anyway, there are (I believe) few EMF scientists left who regard that
notion as useful in the science today. There is just too much
contradictory evidence.....It is no longer being said that ANY frequency
has more of a claim on being "inter-active" than any other frequency...... 
The whole of the non-ionizing EMR spectrum is now suspect.  (We simply
have not done -- are not doing) the research to find out what is 
happening in all those OTHER (unstudied) frequencies!!!.......

Until we find out more.....If (and when) more research is done, I suggest
that notion (of a wave-length/bio-effects connection) should be treated
with skepticism.........

(Stand-by, guru ... you're going to "catch hell" for saying that!!!!!)
Nevertheless, we must let our views be governed by the evidence.......Not
the science of twenty or thirty years ago.....Cheerio.......guru......
