Bert faxed me this afternoon a clip from The Washington Post of Sunday
August 2, National News Section continued on A5 by David S. Broder titled,
"Clinton 'Suspends' Federalism Order to Assuage Local, State Officials."
She asked me to make sure that you broadcast this important victory.

However I can't scan it and e-mail it to you.  Do you have a fax number?
Or could you find it on the Post's website?  She wrote in her fax that as
a result of Sen Leahy, FCC Advisory Committee (LSQAC), FL League of Cities
and other organizatgions this was defeated.  THis is a major victory for
the citizens.  It shows the effectiveness of faxes, e-mails, websites.  Now
we have to kill HR3844 HR 2271.
