Mr. Philips,

I share your concern regarding EMF's from these facilities.  I am a
supporter and contributor to the current FCC challenge from the AdHoc
Group.

Like the AdHoc group, we are attempting to prove that the FCC has
failed to fulfill the requirements of the law.  In our case, it
involves the protection of historic districts.

The National Trust for Historic Preservation is involved, and we
anticipate a lawsuit soon.

In the meantime, we must press to insure that the current law is
enforced.  That is the purpose of our actions.
