Beavers" Subject: GSM on board Hi Roy, Just a curiosity: many air carriers prohibit to use of cell phones on board. Even legislation may deny the use of them. All this is done without any 'proof' from the science. Those reported incidents are plain assumptions. They cannot be repeated in test. It is accepted, that cell phones may cause problem for planes even there is no 'scientific proof' of this. Individuals are in the equal situation. We have symptoms, now and then, one these another those symptoms. Still no legislation exists, there is no 'scientific proof' that cell phones can cause such nuisance, even it might be possible. i.e. individual is not important for moneywise, but air carriers are very profitable.
