Actually this information appeared in two newspapers, one of them quite
long.  As Lyn McLean has already reported, Michael Repacholi is currently in
Australia meeting with government and standard setting authorities.  The
recent newspaper articles are quoting him directly.  If anyone would like a
faxed copy of these articles please let me know as I don't have time to type
them in   at the moment.  One of the papers sources the quote to the WHO,
the other to MR.  It is not clear if this is WHO's  official policy, or
whether it merely his own opinion.  I might try and clarify this when he is
in Melbourne.
