Dear Linda,

They do!!

The phone companies are leaping over each other to offer free hours and
hours and hours.
They know they won't have to pick up the bill in 20/30 years for these
kids' Alzeimer's, tumours and the like
and the kids as we all thought at that age, think they are immortal!!
I have to agree that I feel that this country(UK) seems to have some of
the worst infection when it comes to mobiles. I always lose count whenever
I venture out into town or places like London. There certainly is a
massive deafness to mitigation or pure common sense. It's usually the
most common attitude 'play today, suffer tomorrow' syndrome. People want
to believe the myth that they are happy and free and able to connect at
the sound of any of the ghastly ring tones! How they have been conned.!!
The upside?
There are groups like this that build up the evidence for the prosecution.

I rest my case!!

Jonathan

Hi Roy,I just returned from two weeks in Wales and a couple days
     in London
and was absolutely amazed at how many cellular phones are in use
     and
mostly in use by teenagers. It was alarming. They talk on them
     on the
trains, in the stores, on the streets - you would think they got
     free
minutes for 24 hrs. per day.Linda
