I have emailed and emailed and have not received to many responses.
Can you please explain to me the purpose of a monopole.. and if it is in 
anyway related to a Lightpole.
The city has installed a cell tower behind my home. They replaced a
lightpole 
with a monopole ,  and said that is
Collocation. 
It seems to me,, that would be a new Cell site since there was nothing but
a 
light pole before.
Any information on this subject would be greatly appreciated.
