Thanks very much for your response to my inquiry, and for making it known
to your colleagues and sharing information you've gathered regarding the
issue of exposure to cell phone emissions.

I'm afraid that my affiliation with the Los Angeles Times Syndicate has
led you to believe I'm in LA.  Actually based in NY, and am, for the
moment, concentrating on the issue of cell phone relay towers placed on
top of residential apartment buildings.

But you are right.  This is a nation-wide, indeed an international issue.
  And every bit of information about efforts in other places helps to make
the public aware of the hazards involved.  Public awareness is essential.

Meanwhile, do you or any of your contacts know of politicians, activists,
organizations, attorneys or other pro-active parties who are New
York-based?  Please advise.
