We recently bought a hobby farm under a tower that has the capacity to have 10 antennas on
it. Shortly after we bought the property, a 100,000 watt FM radio antenna appeared on
top. Finding out who has what on that tower has been impossible so far. Everyone passes
the buck.

After researching EMR, we're scared sick. It appears that our son and his family will be
in great danger when they move into the new house.

We've registered a complaint with the FCC, we've had a local "expert" come out and test
for RFM on the property (we now know they were BAAS), and we're going to be attending a
township meeting this Monday night when the engineering firm who designed, built and
tested the tower will be presenting its RF Hazard Study results. We already know that
he's reported that the area is below the FCC limit. We, however, bought a field-strength
meter and know that the digital readout is at the top of the scale on many places on the
property and on neighbors' property. At our home 16 miles away, the meter reads zero all
the time!

Your e-mails are very interesting, very informative. Since I've only been reading them
for two weeks, I'm wondering if you have specific suggestions as to how we can "deal" with
this tower. Lots of neighbors are upset and will be attending Monday night's meeting. If
we pursue litigation, do we have a chance of bringing that tower DOWN? Who's done it?
