Jim Beal's note to you did not mention my hypothesis first published in 1989
and since supported by expermintalevidence, and now being refined inj a
collaboration with Columbia university's Martoin Blank (president of BEMS),
Reba Goodman, Alasdair Philips (who is providing the dosimetric
instrumentation)
