However, the cheap and abundant filters, do nothing for ELF. Companies like Panasonic and Polaroid have sold many tens of millions around the world with the promise that they are shielding people from EMF when they are merely for glare and higher frequencies. Quite fraudulent. NoRad is out of busines but Field Management Services makes the jitterbox now is at 800-930-1562. The jitterbox prices are $600-$900 depending on monitor size. Jim P.S.
