Hi all,

RE: VDT radiation exposure:

A friend sent me an article titled "Eye pigment shifts body clock", Reuters
Health, (Nov. 19) ref. Science 1998;282:1490-1494.

It says in part that researchers have discovered a pigment found in the
eyes of mice plays a role in adjusting circadian rhythms. They refer to
this pigment as cryptochrome 2 (CRY2).

Interesting implications considering the discussion at hand. The
combination of VDT's, etc, combined with individuals with a propensity for
Seasonal Affective Disorder, as well as serotonin re-uptake disorders,
well..... a bit old hat to those researching the possibilities, but perhaps
enlightening for those just catching on.

Cheers,

aj
