Hi Roy

In the following snippet of the "Roger went to Ireland (fwd)" message, does
anyone have the wording of the European Treaty article 130r on the
precautionary approach? A precautionary approach wording is currently being
proposed for the Australian / New Zealand RF/MW exposure standard and I
would like to make a conparison ASAP.
