Hi Roy

everyone should read this TEMPEST information
provided with the links by Robert Prichett
it confirms in the document from uni-mainz

SEE http://www.uni-
mainz.de/~pommeren/DSVorlesung/Material/Tempest

the suspicion that governments have their own reason in not having
Monitors shielded in a proper way - so they can easily spy on
everyone. This is said by the provider of the "spying" technology

Only to remind people and those who don't know that Radios and
TVs have to be licensed in Germany. There was already since the
late 60s a detection of TV line transformers done from a parked
VW-Bus in front of a 10 storey apartment block with an accuracy of
3 feet and used to prosecute unlicensed TV users. They pinpointed
exactly the room the TV was in and police then could search the
apartment without a warrant to catch the "criminal" in using the
unlicensed device. That was WEST Germany at the time and
Radio/TV still needs to be licensed in Germany with monthly fees -
something on the wish list of North American profiteers.

It is obviously worrying the providers of the technology at University
in Mainz enough to post such information to the internet.

Remember that I have questioned similar "side"-agendas with the
cellular network, but such things always seem to be overlooked
until it is too late ........

All the information is there - but who wants to use it ???????

Greetings
Wolfgang
