.......It is very gratifying that someone like Wolfgang is so willing
to put in so much time and effort on (what I expect to be) ... an
extremely important project......

The translation of the work that has recently been done in Germany
to analyze and survey the -- long neglected -- Russian sources of
research on EMF effects......  Great work, Wolfgang!!!

Let's get it to the world ... right here on EMF-L......!!  (At least,
as much of it as we can, reasonably.......)

You are so right  - the science is and was there
as I always said and now we  have "large" proof
with the EMF report of the Russian Medical studies.

Dr. Balzer from Germany, one of the editors, has contacted me 
and offered his full support in getting all cleared and properly 
clarified - he was coming back from Moscow and will check the pages 
this week for completeness.

He also wrote there are some few abstract from the studies in English
so we will see to get those at least listed too.

The EMF battle is now  a PR - WAR, and unfortunately the "masses" 
watch mostly TV and get brain washed by advertising and slanted 
information.   - The few brave reports on EMF problems are only seen 
or recognised by EMF conscious viewers. -  Most people  miss such 
anyway because of the broadcast timing of such segments  - as we have 
experienced only a while ago.

It seems not enough that more and more damaging result are found
the brain wash ads are in full swing even before such data are 
finally published and any NEWS with that topic are then "yesterdays" 
controversy  - a very clever move - but that does not solve the real 
heath impact problem.

But maybe with all the other announcements this health "damage" may 
be intended after all - this makes the political behaviour not only 
criminally negligent,  but already bordering on world wide genocide.
The electro sensitives are about 10 -15 %  already and steadily 
growing  -  quite some way to go to get it to 66% - but that is the 
announced Worlbank goal.

When does the International Court take up that challenge ????
With the WHO promoting  the current too high levels to all countries, 
one wonders about their  true agenda? -  But we know more already. 
The Worldbank Experts told us last month ! 

Sounds very familiar - history wise. .  . . . 
Maybe your recently offered  2-by-4 idea is the only way left  to 
change that political direction . . . although  they expect even 
armed conflicts and civil unrest as the Police World Conference in 
New York concluded  last month too.       

WAR - you got that right  - "they" prepare for one 
but very obviously not only with words/ads  or e-mail
