Hi Roy 
the lowest emission have  hometheater screes 
which are not using a Video Tube the have no fly back transformer  
(high voltage) as someone suggeste d yesterday

if a person can afford a LCD computerscreen with Alasdairs TV on the 
computer solution , that would reduce EMFs condsiderably more

With High definition screens to be in "affordable" consumer range 
soon this problem may be solved at least reduced in the near future.
