Not exactly snake oil, but the device completely disregards RF radiation
absorption.  It is an attempt to treat modulation effects - kind of like
standing in front of a speeding freight train with a boom-box turned up
full volume.  Your body might not detect the train's noise but you'll
end up with the same long-term effect.  So too with the attempts to
"mask" the effects of RF radiation.
	Researchers have, for a few years now, been able to demonstrate that
noncoherent noise is effective at such a masking.  But, the research
community has not been able to determine that such a practice is
effective at inhibiting the stimuli or physiological effects that induce
disease.  One must subscribe exclusively to the theory that only ELF
induced effects are of consequence when considering the biochip as an RF
energy prophylactic.
	Remember when you could cure arthritis by wearing a copper bracelet? 
Remember when pregnant women could cure morning sickness by taking
thalidomide?  . . . Remember when someone invented a gimmick to make RF
radiation perfectly harmless?
