Roy,
Carlo had a few copies in Portugal this week. This book is DYNAMITE!
It includes internal industry memos admitting probable problems back in 
in the early and mid 1990s! I have heard this from two friends who were 
in Portugal with Carlo. I don't yet have a copy, but will certainly
order one before the industry gets an injunction against it!
