This logic doesn't hold water either, because the sauna heat is applied to the *surface* of the body, and that is a process that the human body is accustomed to from nature, i.e. has developed *compensation* processes during evolution (e.g. sweating). That's why your body temperature remains THE SAME in the sauna (you don't get fever there, do you?). But you can't sweat IN the brain !!! That's a place where no compensation mechanism is available, because we didn't evolve to microwave our innards...
