Beavers'" Subject: RE: FPL Company's Newsletter (fwd) Just out of curiosity I checked the Florida Cases and found the decision relating to Mr. Glazer's case - The Court of Appeals upheld the dismissal (they said there was no duty to warn of a potential danger of cancer) but there was no mention of an assessment of costs against Mr. Glazer, so apparently the lower court rejected FP&L's request for assessment of costs and attorney fees.
