Per: Agree re satellite. They are stationed in Earth's meridians,
geosynchonous, at 22,300 miles above Earth. Let's not overlook Newton's
Law: [E]very action has an equal and opposite reation. There is no free
lunch! A mictrowave tower is at near earth level and in a stable
gravitational zone. Thus cellphone signals transceive (phone to towerr and
reverse) without much resistance in airwaves. But when a cellphone signal
must transceive from space, airwave resistance (phone to satellite) or
gravitational pull mandates that the cellphone signal be more powerful.
Thus the frequency of the generation of cellphones to cimmunicate directly
with satellites will be over 29 GHz. In like manner satellite power will be
increased proportionally by several orders of magnitute so radiosignals can
reach cellphones. Since the object of such communications is to further
technology by evading the objections of citizens to towers, industry has
devised a NEW toroidal antenna which can be placed on the ground and
anywhere. The antenna is slated to communicate with Earth's conductive
field. Thereby, such an antenna will carry signals to ships at and under
the sea as well as satellites and handheld phones. Industry is now shooting
for this. The outcome, according to Newton's Law, with will an altered
Earth magnetic field, depletion and probable destruction of the ozone layer
(stratosphere), and probably Earth's atmosphere. Cellphone users have
already developed brain tumors from 1.5 GHz (now 2.5 GHz) phones. Wait till
they start enjoying the lovely 29 GHzphones. Cancer will develop over a
short period of usage. Have you noted that cellphones are more compact,
multifunctional, the earpiece consists of 3-to holes, mouthpieve 1 hole?
This means people must press the phone to their skull and face to hear and
talk. Pity. I described this to a person here at the Bank who was proudly
bandying a cellphone. He gulped, shivered, angrilly and incredulously
asked, "Why haven't they told us? That's what governments must answer!

Jim: Thanks for Cite on Liburdy. BEMS folks respect the study. What became
most evident at this meeting is the fact that scientists are concentrated
in specialized subjects. I said, "In this room are many great brains.
You've performed salient and impressive studies. However scientists are not
communicating. Your studies are limited to personal academic knowledge.
None of you have experienced the cancers and bioeffects of EMR. Therefore
you can only make conclusions on your own experiment. Dr. Delgado of Spain
said, "In order to find the causal factor of EMR injury, scientists must
research in teams of sciences (ie, biology, chemistry, physics, electro
engineering, biology, neurophysiology, etc.). In only this way can they
uncover the mechanisms causing the problem." Scientists debated this saying
it was impossible because funding comes from various sources. Closest they
come to this is by freezing cells or the test object at they point they
observed change, and send the specimen to other labs where scientists
unfreeze the object, and perform specialized studies. But even this way no
results are guaranteed.

In any case EMR research is a 99-year project that take many into their
retirement years. Technology has become such a high demand cash cow that
scientists will bilk research so world economies do not falter. But that
will not save scientists, governments, or humanity. Take Asia for instance.
Microps and many computers parts come from there. Yet their economy is in
shambles. That ripple is an example of what's to come to other world
economies whose major product is "electronics."

Gary/Candice: Received the Palm Beach Cnty Resolution. WOW!!. Proud of
theose guys for supporting HR-3016/1350. Grateful that Palm Beach, one of
the largest counties in Florida, is joining the US Congress on attempting
to abolish the Telecom Act.  I have not presented to your government for
their March 5 pow-wow but definitely will. I'll try to get to Congress for
the March 5 hearing of Senator McCain, but cannot promise. I may just show
for 2 hours. McCain's hearing on telephone rates (escalating) and
competition (lack of) is important. But I feel the eventual hearing of
Senator Leary is more urgent. Met Libby of Washington State at BEMS. Told
her I cannot support David until I know what he is trying to do. His
purpose fluctuates too much. She's knows, and an working on that with him.
Also met Bob Cleveland, who offered no indication of FCC uncertainty on
their position. One thing is certain no one at FCC will discuss whether or
not industry is complying with the lowered power density guidelines;
1mW/cm2 for the general public and 5 mW/cm2 for workers. It's impossible
that anyone industry cad could suddenly reduce the power density of
microwave antennas from 10 mW/cm2 to 1 mW/cm2. Be real Dr. Cleveland.
