Roy:

Here's an item you may have mentioned earlier and may wish to pass on, if you
haven't done it already...

The January 10,1998 issue of Science News, Vol. 153, pgs. 29-31, has a very
good article entitled "EMFs' Biological Influences: Electromagnetic Fields
Exert Effects On and Through Hormones", by Janet Raloff. It mentions
Liburdy's, Graham's, Loscher's and Stevens melatonin work. It mentions window
effects, intermittancy/transients, heart rate variability effects, breast
cancer effects, etc., HOWEVER, the possibility of Electrical Field Potential
Gradients being sensed by biosystems still does not penetrate the American
Scientific Community, even tho the specific sensors are known in some species
(sharks, electric fish, platypus) and general whole-body sensing may take
place on a subliminal basis thru the acupuncture electrical analog network on
the body's surface (see Becker's work)...seems kinda odd to me, since that
phenomena appears to be one of the many quantum-level cues to which many
animal, bird, fish, and insect species respond for survival from enemies,
finding mates and food, migration, seasonal changes, weather changes, location
in space, etc..
