For induction of simple oscilloscope images into human brain/visual system,
see Reference 5 in the Reference area of my website
. Don't know if Dr. Rauscher and Bill Bise have
a patent on this approach yet...
You should be aware (reported in detail abstracts on Roy's guru email last
year) that they did some good (and lab confirmed) research around 1974-76 on
extremely low level microwave effects (900 MHz and 2 GHz) on a small number
of people, male and female, less than 10, and got physiologically subjective
syptoms and brainwave effects...these were frequencies at powers far less than
microwave towers routinely emit. I have their papers but have to be gone for
awhile today..just wanted to get a response out to you all immediately that
there is substantial info about, and no doubt that sound and light can be
induced into the brain...the sound can be detailed and directed...i don't know
details about the complexity of visual induction of images into the brain, but
can assume more has been done that the preliminary work of Dr. Rauscher.
....now about reading one's thoughts.......that's a whole nother issue and I
have no info on that....

Reference 22 of my website (I have personal
experience with this one thru investigation and testing the Flanagan
Neurophone...at least two patents on this one....Flanagan and Puharich, I
have known all the persons mentioned in this email at least 20 years and kept
up with their "creative edge" work.
I have the highest respect for Dr. Persinger's work. I hope to meet him for a
few hours when in Toronto to give a paper at an EMF symposium there in March.

.......Below, Wolfgang reminds us of the Russian use of EMF
against the U.S. Embassy in Moscow.....That is a matter of historical
record.....The Congress of the U.S. has even held hearings about
that activity......However, there is reason to believe that the U.S.
still has not told the full story about that subject to its citizens.....
(To me).....It is not so much that the recent flurry of 'rumors'
about microwave (or other) electronic intrusions into the public's
"brain" ... are untrue..... I don't know whether they are true or
not???.....But I don't want this list to become a source for spreading
***unsubstantiated*** information ... on any subject.......
The Moscow activity is very well substantiated -- though not fully
told, I agree......

Everybody who has doubt about the existence of this technology
should get a copy of the CBC Undercurrent program.
they showed the test LIVE in Sudbury Ontario Canada
with Dr. Persinger there
also they took themselves a test in Russia with the Russian Professor
also the have the interview with the American Scientists.
Those and the Russian expert clearly stated that this technology was
used at WACO and probably in the Golf war
despite no one "in charge" confirmed the use
but also nobody "in charge" denied it
the FACTS pointed to it as they showed
the related pictures from the war
and again this judgment is based on your own US experts opinion.
But of course it is all "classified silence"
Please Roy - tell you the CBC yourself
if you think their documentary is bogus in your opinion
the "dark science" is always classified and hidden
however, you accept the Microwave beam into the
US embassy in Moscow, what was it good (or bad) for ?

Well, I don't think it is so much mind "control" as mental intrusion by some
frequency of radiowave. Maybe Bill Curry knows which frequencies (EKG
readings?) are the ones that can "invade" our brains/minds/thoughts or maybe
they have been posted to this forum before. I've not paid too much
attention to the "control" aspects as discussed on other forums, maybe
because they smack of "Art Bellism". I do however, believe that our bodies
get invaded by frequencies (high squeal in the ears for a time). Which ones
are the ones that most "frequently" (pun intended) really affect us for
short periods of time vs those that can adversely affect our cells for long
term duration?
I'm familiar with those EMF aspects caused by TV/Monitor high-voltage issues
that cause leukemia. I've been attempting to rediscover those that "hurt" us
in the cellular and wireless spectrums.
Wouldn't it be nice if someone put a signal light (red/yellow/green) next to
a radio frequency chart so we could readily "see" which frequencies are the
ones we need to be wary of?
