The "Bastide studies" were conducted at the University of Montpellier and
sponsored by R Santini of INSA (whatever that is). I only have the abstract
-- but would appreciate a full report if anyone has one.

It is entitled "Mortality of chicken enbryos exposed to EMFs from Mobile
Phones" by BJ Youbicier-Simo, JC Lebecq and M Bastide.

 Dear Roy and group:
A member of our anti-cell phone towers activist group in Wellfleet, MA.
recalls hearing a story on NPR (public radio) this past fall about a French
physician suggesting pregnant women not use cell phones.
Our member would like any specific information about this: on what basis the
physician decided this, is she/he a member of a specific group, are other
physicians also recommending that pregnant women stary away from cell phones
 and on what basis?

 Thanks in advance.
 Arlene Kirsch
