I was disturbed today to find that a regional tunnel that passes through a mountain here in the western cape for over 4.5 km, has now been fitted with four (4) sets of high power Micro-wavew transmitters for both of the cellular phone companies here in South Africa. The speed within the tunnel has now also been reduced from 90 km/h down to 60 km/h. ! - Having travelers spend longer (!) in the tunnel. Do you have data on the permitted hertz that is 'permitted' by the Dept. of Health/Energy, & what you believe South African repeaters are streaming out. I'm concerned about this location in particular, since it is such a confined space. Are there any measuring equipment to measure Hertz to determine the detrimental (detri-MENTAL) effect on the public?
