Well, Friday at 8am there is a hearing on HB2060, similar to the one we
defeated last March in committee, but worse - it allows cell antennas and
towers on all ROWs with no compensation, no regulation, and although one
section says that this does not supercede local zoning, another section
says that cities cannot discriminate in the ROW - ie, if you allow landline
phones you much allow wireless -

to all of you in WA State - pls email me for more info - I cannot believe
we are doing this again this year - hopefully, with the Democratic majority
in the Senate they will not get it, but who know 

I will also be contacting the Governor's office again as this progresses
and would appreciate any help from Leahy's office, but I will let you know
