Mr. Roy Beavers,

I'm lawer from Brazil. We are beggining litigation about celltowers. I 
made contact yesterday with Wolfgang W. Scherer from Canada 
(http://www.reach.net/~scherer/p/) who indicated you for contact. He 
says me that the issue is not how small the risk is - the legal 
issue in his way should be such mechanical risk can not 100% be 
excluded. Can you help me with some material? My mother-in-law had 
installed behind her house a celltower in last october. It is 30 meters 
high and the base is 3 or 5 meters near her house. Everybody who lives 
near that celltower are having strong headache and ear problems. My 
mother-in-law uses a ear machine and she is not earing because of the 
celltower interference. Some people are listen to cell calls on TV. 
Could you help me with some information because here we don't have any 
literature about this issue.
