I think Dr. Cyril W. Smith would have something to say about this.
If I can recall from the "Electromagnetic Man" water can memorize
frequencies. Dr. Jean Munro (spelling?) used this to cure her allergic
patients in her clinic.
Dr. David Schweizer have photographed water 'impregnated' with different 
thoughts. Yes, he got different photographs...
Christopher Bird wrote a book "Secrets of the Water" - not published yet.
