Subject: Aids/HIV tests and  EMR??

Dear list,

I wonder whether anyone on the list can help me in my researching links
between experiments in Africa in the '70's with EMR and the subsequent links
to immune deficiency diseases and their prolification.

There have been reports of American tests carried out on this continent,
although not specifically linked to EMR research, but I am interested to
research any links with this and perhaps the early trial work on the Haarp
project.

Am most grateful for any thoughts and feedback in this respect
