........Moulder again!!!  A lawyer I know recently referred to 
such expert "witnesses" with words that I won't repeat out of
consideration for the ladies on our list.....  None of whom, I'm
sure, "sell" their bodies......

Roy,
There will be a court case in Bermuda next
week. The court will be hearing from the
local cellular company (affiliated with CellularOne)
and from the hotel chain Canadian Pacific on
the matter of the eviction of the former from
the property of the latter. The case was prompted
by the community group of which I am a member
who have pressured Canadian Pacific (CP) into
proceeding with this eviction.
Appearing on behalf of the cellular company is
John Moulder. Appearing on behalf of CP is
Dr David Carpenter (previously the Dean of New
York State University, Albany).

Now it seems to me that John Moulder is getting
away with murder given his vociferousness on
this issue. Can we not compile a history of his involvement
in these cases?  Because to the Bermuda public
and to the lawyers on "our" side he will be presented as
just one of thousands of totally impartial scientists who
could have been picked to testify that EMF is not harmful.
The fact is, that since his name crops up all over the place,
he must be one of the very few who are willing to go
as far as the witness stand.  He is so far out on a limb
and so well known for his postition that he can never live
it down so he he continues to "live it up".

Is there any such compilation of John Moulders performances
which "our" lawyers could use.

By the way we also now have a copy of the Lookout mountain
video which is to be shown at a public meeting. And the Toronto
situation has been very useful as Toronto is the home base of CP.
