Mr. Beavers, Thank you ever so much for your wonderful site where I have already gotten info and ammunition in our fight to keep Sprint from erecting their tower. Present situation is that we had a second zoning board meeting where Sprint's lawyer presented another expert- in Radio Frequency. He basically argued that our beautiful mountain ridge was the only site they could erect their tower. By the way, they will need a tower every three miles in this 68 sq. mile town- many mountains. This monstrous tower will only service l and 1/2 square miles! About l00 people at meeting. Unanimous vote by zoning board to retain our own radio frequency expert for next meeting in one month. We are gathering info on Telecom. Act of 1996 now. Any other info on zoning and this mandate would be appreciated. Have enough on health hazards and frankly we won't win on that issue, however of tantamount importance. P.S. The crane test was obscene-the tower will be seen all over the town. Regards, Robin Roy L.
