.........A number of additions have been made to the website:

-- A nice essay by Mandi Chipps of South Africa about the frustrations
of South Africans, because they are not "getting the news" about cell
phone health hazards.

-- A document from a lawyer in Virginia, which provides the legal
abstract of the important Virginia decision.....  (A ruling by a federal
court which ensured that Virginians have the right to decide about
cell tower siting, using Virginia's zoning regulations.  i.e.,  It
threw out the 1996 Telecom Act in that situation.) ...  This item
is filed under a new heading: law/legal.

-- Last night's message from Dr. Havas in Toronto (with guru's commentary)
has been added.
