Hello everyone,

I am attaching a review of the bill, useable perhaps for speaking with
your state reps, and not intended to be an exhaustive analysis of the
bill.  It is all I have been able to find the time to do so far, and
with law school exams coming up next week, all I will be able to do for
a while.  However, I think you have all gotten a copy of the final draft
of the bill, and I hope you have passed it on (email, snail mail, by
hand or however) to others who might support our effort to see it
defeated.

REMEMBER!  ALL OUR LEGISLATORS ARE UP FOR REELECTION THIS YEAR. AND 25
COMMENTS ON A BILL IS UNUSUAL AND GETS REAL ATTENTION - THE INFAMOUS RED
FLAG!!

So, please keep up the good work and lets see this go to the trash heap
of history where it belongs.
