I have been given your e-mail address without much by way of supporting
information.

I am the Chairperson of Hurlingham Manor Residents Association in Sandton,
South Africa. We currently have a cellular mast erected within the confines
of our suburb and have just been notified of a second application for a mast
in the middle of a residential cull-de-sac.
