I have forwarded this request to somebody who may be in a better position to
help you. I seem to remember seeing a photo of an Engineer holding a flourescent
tube under a power-disitribution-line several years ago. I believe it was in a
Physics textbook. Sorry I couldn't be more help. I have often wondered if this
example would serve well to remind people that just because you can't see
something, does not mean it isn't there ...
