Guru,

I was over joyed to read this e-mail but where is Jeffery Joyce from.
Could he write a short summary of his case to be shared by others.  I try
to read everthing on the list but it is too much at times.  So please
forgive me for missing this one.  We are now very busy with the City of
boca Raton ordinance to be approved on January 26 and on January 27 the
Code Enforcement hearing in the County re the illegal BellSouth tower at
Boca Del Mar.
