Subject: Stray Voltage

Hi Roy,

Last week Janie Hipp, attorney and member of the Fayetteville
Rotary Club, spoke at the club's Thursday meeting. She told us
about the Unites States' National Center for Agricultural Law being
situated here at the University of Arkansas. After the meeting we
spoke briefly and Janie told me there was a large body of legal
material at the center under the general heading of "stray voltage."

Yesterday we spoke again and this morning the message below
was received from her. Janie told me that she had no objection
to having this appear on your list service.

The main reason for writing centers on the thought that there
might be material here which would be useful in the Dallas
Fletcher matter.

Felicitations,
Ed
(P.S. Bet you liked Asa Hutchinson's performance yesterday.)

Ed -

The website is: http://www.law.uark.edu/arklaw/aglaw

There are a great number of links - for things like stray voltage,
its probably best to go to general agricutlural law sites and find
searchable databases there. Let me know if I can help further. We
do not have a stray voltage source online yet but do have files on
the issue in our cabinets here. Let me know.

Janie Hipp
