>From a personal point of view, I began taking Melatonin first thing in the
morning to see if it would help reduce "screen-burn". My family stifled
laughter. I had a real hard time staying awake in the afternoons.

Guess what melatonin is SUPPOSED to be for? Yep, sleep-inducer. I only took
one pill every couple of days for a week. When I read the bottle, and
understood the reactions, I understood why the family was giggling so hard
at my expense after taking afternoon naps when I got home.

Lesson 1) Read the fine print on the bottle.
	2) Take nothing for granted. Everything has a side-effect, some good, some
not-so-good.
	3) Body weight has to be taken into account when taking medication.
	4) Diet is a big factor (not ingesting caffeine-based products or other
"unclean" oral-input items). Depending on your lifestyle your carbon-based
unit may not take kindly to "new" input.
